Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping and illegal or non-prescription drugs aren't allowed anywhere on the property, including porches, decks and outdoor areas. If we find evidence of smoking or drug use, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of at least $300 applies.
Are parties allowed?
Responsible drinking is fine for bookings of up to 6 adults. A group of 7 or more adults drinking alcohol counts as a party and needs our approval at least 24 hours before check-in. Unapproved parties, loud gatherings and fireworks aren't allowed and can lead to eviction without a refund. Quiet hours run from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Each cabin's page shows how many guests it sleeps, and that number can't be exceeded without our written permission. Only the guests listed on your reservation may stay; each undeclared guest is charged at least $50 per day.
Can I bring a grill or fire pit?
Please don't bring a fire pit: fires must stay in the pits we provide, with an adult supervising. Charcoal grills can't go on decks, and if your cabin has one, bring your own charcoal. Turn off fireplaces, fire pits and propane tanks when you're done. Each cabin's page lists its grill and fire features.
Are there rules for the hot tub?
Yes. Don't add anything to the water, including bath oils (extra cleaning fees apply), remove loose items before getting in, and put the cover back on securely when you're done. Like every amenity, hot tubs are unsupervised and used at your own risk.
Are firearms or off-road vehicles allowed?
No. Every cabin is weapon-free: no firearms, ammunition or dangerous weapons, including replicas. Firearms left behind after checkout incur a fee of at least $100 and are turned over to local law enforcement. ATVs, dirt bikes and other off-road vehicles are also prohibited, with a minimum $200 charge and immediate eviction without a refund.
Can I charge an electric vehicle at the cabin?
Not from household outlets or the cabin's electrical system. Please use public charging stations unless a cabin specifically provides an approved on-site charger. Unauthorized charging carries a minimum $200 fee.
