Who we are

Ridge & Falls is the direct-booking site for nine cabins on Lookout Mountain — Highland Gulf Retreat in Menlo, Georgia and Canyon Falls Cabins in Mentone, Alabama — managed by Enjoy Unique Stays, LLC. Our website address is https://ridgeandfalls.com.

This policy explains what we collect when you enquire or book, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, stay dates and guest count when you book or enquire, plus any special requests you write. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

If you answer the optional "How did you hear about us?" question at checkout, we keep that answer with the booking it belongs to.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Guesty — our property management system, which holds the reservation.
• Resend — sending your confirmation and pre-arrival emails.
• Supabase — our own database, storing your reservation and payment records.
• Advertising and CRM platforms — where enabled, to measure which campaigns lead to bookings.
• Law enforcement — only where we suspect payment fraud or criminal activity at a property, as set out in our rental agreement.

We do not sell your information.

Payment verification

If paying by card you confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user. Where we believe a payment may be refused we may ask for a different form of payment and proof that you are authorized to use it, such as a government-issued ID matching the account name. We may share payment and related information with law enforcement if we suspect fraud.

At the property

A cabin may be equipped with exterior security cameras, for example at entry points or on the porch, for safety and security. These cameras may record audio and video and are for monitoring the premises when vacant.

Internet access is provided as a courtesy and used at your own risk. It may not be used for illegal activity, including unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, and we may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity at the property during your stay.

Your choices

Email us to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Records we are required to retain for tax or accounting purposes are kept for as long as the law requires.
